KENNESAW MOUNTAIN HAYRIDE. Tet. 27” Sev EMRe 6” 17 buds. This is the best daylily I have ever grown. If you purchase anything from my collection, be sure to include this astonishing flower. It is a magnificent parent, and a beauty in the garden. As a parent it has produced the best red daylily that I have grown. As for the name, KENNESAW MOUNTAIN HAYRIDE, when I was very young I once went on a “hayride.” It was so much fun that I thought of that when I gave the HAYRIDE its name. Performs well in Ohio as well as in south Alabama. $150

CREAM SORBET. Tet. 48-7 (Ed Brown x Grace Seedling) 26” EM. Sev EMRe 5.5” (3 branches/14 buds. In 2001 I received a gift plant from my good friend Larry Grace, and the pollen from the gift plant helped create this new, delightful daylily. TET. SILOAM RALPH HENRY was one of the parents in the gift plant. CREAM SORBET is cream with pink and peach highlights with a ruffled gold edge. Whenever I see it bloom I am drawn to pollinate it again because it shows so much beauty. $100

KENNESAW MOUNTAIN LEMON SORBET. Tet. 42-7 (Michael Miller x J.T. Davis) 22” MLa.Sev.Re. 6” (2 branches/15 buds. After I made this cross I had so many beautiful white flowers, but this flower was clearly the best. LEMON SORBET'S late bloom will help keep your garden looking beautifl as the season progresses. Actually, the name LEMON SORBET was suggested by my daylily friend, Sue Corbin, from Cartersville, Georgia. If you like white daylilies, then this daylily is for you! $100

RED HOT CHILI PEPPER. Tet 7-200 (Primal Scream x Ruby Spider). 34” EM. Ser. Re. 7” (3 Branches/25 buds). Unusual Form. The parents in this cross are both outstanding; Primal Scream won the Stout Medal, and Ruby Spider was recently selected as the runer-up for the Stout Medal. I had 16 seedlings from this cross, and this daylily was the best. In June of 2007 it was selected by nine Judges as best seedling entered in the Daylily Show held by the Cobb County Daylily Society. This is an unusual form that will make your garden even more beautiful. $125

CANE CREEK FALLS: (Steve Trimmer x Panther Eyes) Tet. 26" E. Sev. Re. 5” (3 Branches/15 buds). When I made this cross I was trying to get a good yellow color with a darker eye and edge. I liked this flower because although the self is yellow, it has a green tint. The burgundy eye and edge are enhanced by a beautiful green throat. I named this flower for Cane Creek Falls which is a beautiful sight at Camp Glisson in Dahlonega, Georgia. I attended Camp Glisson when I was a child $100.00

BEAUTIFUL KELLEY RAE: Tet. 46-7 (Pastor Laurie Ann Moeller x J.T. Davis) 23" EM. Ev. Re 5" (3 branches/18 buds). I named this daylily for our daughter, Kelley Rae. It is always nicely branched, and when it first bloomed three years ago, there were five flowers blooming at the same time. Beautiful Kelley Rae has a cream color with a ruffled edge above a clear green throut. It has been much admired by visitors to our garden. $75.00

DAVID ARTHUR: Tet. 7-199 (Dark Wonder x Tet. Indian Giver) 24" EM. Sev. Re 6" (2 branches/10 buds). Tet. Indian Giver was the first diploid that I converted to a tetraploid. I used Tet. Indian Giver on so many pod parents, but my friend David Arthur says that this flower is the very best of them all. So, this daylily was given David’s name. Indeed, it is purple like Tet. Indian Givre and it has a ruffled white edge and a yellow/green throat. As it matures it tends to want to double as Dark Wonder sometimes does. Multiplies rapidly! $75.00

AMEILA ISLAND HOLIDAY: Tet. 45-7 (Ed Brown x J.T. Davis) 26" EM. Sev. Re 5" (3 branches/18 buds). I made so many flowers form this cross because I thought both parents were so beautiful. I had well over a hundred blooming seedlings, but this flower was the very best. I named it for an Island off the coast of Florida where our family went for a vacation. The vacation was fun and seeing this daylily bloom is always fun. $100.00

KENNESAW MOUNTAIN HONEYSUCKLE: Tet. 47-7 (Dream Machine x J.T. Davis) 27" M. Sev. Re 4.5" (3 branches/22 buds). When Bob Carr produced Dream Machine I thought it was just beautiful, and of course, the best place to use its pollen was on J.T. Davis. The result was the HONEYSUCKLE. The color is like an actual honeysuckle, having a yellow gold blend, and with a green throat. $75.00
