Kennesaw Mountain Moche Latte

KENNESAW MOUNTAIN MOCHE LATTE

Bill Waldrop 2006

(Mountain Almond × Siloam Virginia Miller)
Dip. 25" Dor. EM 5" 12 buds.

This daylily has a cinnamon self with a rose band that circles a beautiful, large lime throat. Although I have called it a cinnamon colored flower, some gardeners could call the flower brown. However, it is the beauty of the rose band and the large lime throat that really distinguishes the flower. It is a cross between MOUNTAIN ALMOND and SILOAM VIRGINIA MILLER. I am trying to convert the flower to a tetraploid, but it is certainly a flower to use to create beautiful diploid seedlings.
