This daylily has four converted diploids as parents. The Grace 578 seedling has Tet. Siloam Ralph Henry in its parentage, and then I converted a Grace diploid that had both Last Midnight and Peppermint Delight as parents. The other conversion was Tet. Connie Burton. The brilliant red eye and the red edge on the petals, topped with a "stopper" of a green throat, make this one of my best for 2012. Pollen fertile, but a difficult pod parent.
