This lovely daylily has a "berry colored" eye. Indeed, there is a double color at the outer edge of the eye, and then this double color goes around each of the petals. The color outside the eye is what I call "snow," and hence the name SNOW-BERRY SORBET. A perfect winter treat in the middle of the daylily season! Pod and pollen fertile.
